A mantra is a sacred utterance performed by a skilled Monk to aid them in
and out of combat. There are four holy mantras repeated by Monks. The
Mantra of Salvation increases the Monk's resistance to magical attacks.
Mantra of Retribution allows the Monk to retaliate when hit, damaging their
attacker. Mantra of Healing recovers hitpoints and mana at a rapid rate,
the amount healed based solely upon the skill of the Monk. Mantra of
Conviction boosts the Monk's damroll to aid them in combat.
Once this skill has been mastered, two mantras may be active at a time. The
duration of the active mantras is permanent. To remove a mantra, use the
syntax 'cast mantra cancel'. This spell must be at least 50% learned to use
it.
This spell has a chance to improve while in combat.
